Job summary

Wasabi Technologies in the United States is seeking a Renewal Representative to join the Renewals Team within Customer Success. This remote role focuses on account development, retention and expansion, working with Channel and Direct teams to strengthen customer relationships.

You will lead renewal reviews, build quotes, manage orders in the CRM, and collaborate across Distributors and Value-Added Resellers. The role offers an OTE of 90,000–110,000 USD and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer review calls to assess experience, current usage of product, IT environment changes and growth opportunities.
• Build and document renewal quotes, process orders, and record history in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams including distributors and Value-Added Resellers across Channel and Direct teams.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Adhere to Wasabi policies and procedures accurately.
• Continuously assess account risk and engage customers who are at risk of leaving.
• Prepare and participate in business development team meetings.

Role Purpose

Wasabi’s Renewal Representative is part of the Renewals Team within Customer Success and will work remotely. In this role, responsibilities include account development, retention and expansion. You will play a key role in developing customer relationships on both the Channel and Direct Team. We’re looking for a sales-oriented professional who values creativity and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Review Calls to assess experience, current usage of product, IT environment changes and growth opportunities
• Build and document renewal quotes, process orders, and compile history in company CRM database
• Collaborate with various organizations both internal and external including all Distributors and Value-Added Resellers throughout our Channel and Direct ream
• Meet or exceed Individual/Team Sales Quotas – Quarterly/Annually
• Adhere to Wasabi policies and procedures accurately
• Continuously assess risk in an account and proactively engage with customers who are at risk of leaving
• Prepare and engage in business development team meetings

OTE – $90,000 – $110,000
