Job summary

Pure Storage in Chicago is seeking a Renewal Operations Specialist to ensure accurate renewal quotes and align expiration dates with Finance expectations. You will help review and upgrade opportunities affecting the installed base and work with BI teams on data-driven improvements.

You will manage high-volume workloads, drive renewal rate improvements, and ensure SOX compliance and robust reporting across Renewal, Sales, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in sales operations and/or contract administration.
• Solid Salesforce aptitude.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Organizational and follow-up skills; problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Inventory/installed base management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative/backend support to assigned SSRs to enable seamless renewals.
• Enable pipeline readiness with Account Mapping and Territory Alignment.
• Triage and route inquiries from a high-volume renewal inbox to the appropriate owner.
• Operationalize the Subscription Services Representatives pipeline and optimize renewal rate.
• Coordinate with Channel Partners & Account Managers to market subscription opportunities and resolve issues.
