Computacenter United States Inc. is seeking a Partner Renewal Generalist to manage the end-to-end workflow for renewals, quotes, and orders across multiple partners.

You will collaborate with Sales and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely processing and exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include generating quotes, maintaining Salesforce opportunities, coordinating with manufacturers, and ensuring timely billing and order placement.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Proficient with Salesforce, SAP, MS Office, and MS Teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with IT industry and IT products.
• Ability to communicate across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver services aligned with company goals.
• Run regular partner renewal reports and ensure timely renewal prep.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to compile contracts for renewals.
• Create quotes for transactional vendors and provide accurate details.
• Maintain Salesforce opportunities for renewals and vendor deals.
• Determine pricing with business leaders for customers.
• Ensure proper invoicing and order placement; update vendor portals.
• Support the mission and core values of Computacenter.
