Job summary
Thomson Reuters is seeking a Business Analyst focused on legal software renewals to own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio including Legal Tracker, HighQ, Exterro, OpenText, and Document Intelligence. You will partner with Account Management and Customer Success to ensure renewals are accurate, timely, and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications
- 3–5 years in renewals, sales operations, contract management, or business analytics.
- Experience with legal software platforms or enterprise software contracts is a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools and contract management systems.
- Strong pricing model analysis and renewal data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive ownership mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of legal software products.
- Prepare and deliver pricing proposals for renewals.
- Manage customer notification for upcoming renewals.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Account Specialists, and Customer Success.
- Identify renewal risks and opportunities.
- Serve as subject matter expert on contracts and pricing.
- Lead renewal negotiations using playbooks.
- Refine renewal processes and tooling for scale.
