Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of reporting experience.
• 3 to 5 years working with Salesforce and the renewal process.
• 3 to 5 years of health insurance group benefits experience.
• Experience guiding complex workflow in renewal or reporting environments.
• Strong understanding of renewal processes and stakeholder support.
• Ability to coach team members and guide operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate renewal processes and associated programs and workflows.
• Lead daily case discussions and review Salesforce cases for timely resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for Client Management during renewal.
• Coach team members through training and day-to-day support.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and mitigate risks.
• Provide status updates and escalate issues for timely resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Lead internal initiatives to improve renewal and reporting team effectiveness.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to maintain a high-performing team.
