Job summary

SmartRent is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support Sales, Account Management, and Finance operations. This entry-level position involves auditing renewal opportunities, monitoring compliance across sales workflows, and ensuring contract standards are met. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in operations, finance, compliance, or administration.
• Attention to detail for auditing data and ensuring guidelines adherence.
• Basic familiarity with Excel for sorting data and using simple formulas.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit renewal opportunities for pricing and terms compliance.
• Assist in generating reports to identify transaction exceptions.
• Validate sales quotes and order forms for accuracy.
• Maintain data records and synchronize between CRM and ERP systems.
