Job summary

HomeServices Property Management, LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to review client renewals, identify premium increases, and remarket accounts as needed.

The role involves advising clients on coverages and risks, requoting policies, and updating information in the agency system. The candidate should have at least 2+ years of personal lines customer service experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing client renewals and premium changes.
• Ability to identify gaps in coverage and advise on risks.
• Proficiency in requoting policies and entering data.
• Familiarity with carriers’ policies, discounts, and underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to report potential errors and communicate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Review client renewals and investigate premium increases.
• Advise clients on coverages and risk management.
• Requote policies and process applications/cancellations.
• Stay up to date on carriers’ policies and underwriting guidelines.
• Report any errors or potential complaints to the leadership team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
