Job summary

Job description

• Perform fleet reliability analytics using the Bazefield and Aveva PI software platforms
• Provide Supervisory Controls and Data Acquisition (SCADA) support
• Support new plant setup
• Perform component failure rate calculations
• Evaluate new technologies
• Track substation component spare parts and risk
• Perform occasional on-site field inspections
• Present to senior leadership
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders
• Contribute to department objectives and goals
• Apply classroom learning through hands-on training
• Network and learn with interns across the Performance Optimization and Renewable Operations organizations

Requirements

• Current student, Junior or higher
• Enrolled in an ABET accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in Engineering
• Able to work full-time during the summer, up to 40 hours a week
• Able to work part time during the school year, 10 hours a week
• Able to commute to the designated work location in-person under the hybrid work policy
• 3.0 GPA (out of a 4.0 scale) or higher
• Completed 2 years of undergraduate engineering coursework
• Pursuing Electrical Engineering with completed Junior Design coursework or equivalent
