Enel North America, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join the Engineering & Construction team.

The role leads project execution for renewables (wind/solar/geothermal/hydro/BESS), coordinating a multidisciplinary team and external suppliers to meet safety, schedule, budget and quality targets. You will manage projects from charter to handover, develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans, and report progress to senior management.

Competenze

• Applicants must have project management experience supporting Engineering, Construction, or Environmental projects.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 5+ years Engineering and Construction experience in Power Generation, Renewable Energy, or Large Industrial Engineering and Construction facilities
• 2+ years’ experience managing personnel of a project team; 2+ years’ experience managing projects in renewable energy
• Fluent in English is required; Spanish/Italian a plus

Mansioni

• Lead the execution of projects from charter to final handover to customers (O&M and financing partners).
• Prepare and continuously update the Project management plan including schedule, budget, procurement, communications, quality, and risk management.
• Coordinate E&C resources and liaise with Safety, Procurement, Legal, Grid Integration, Regulatory Affairs, and CSR units.
• Manage stakeholder relationships (suppliers, contractors, communities) to minimize conflicts and risks.
• Report status and progress to EGP NA E&C VP and Top Management; support business development during opportunity assessment.
