Job summary

NextEra Energy Resources, LLC is seeking a finance-focused project analyst within the Power Generation Division to plan, monitor and manage internal projects from initiation through completion. You will provide direction on projects to the department or project teams, shaping cost models and supporting strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED.
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience.
• Experience: 2+ years.
• Master's Degree (preferred).
• PMP (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and completes projects within budget and schedule guidelines.
• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Secures resources and manages budgets, risks and changes using formal processes.
• Conducts project meetings and tracks progress and analytics.
• Identifies issues, measures results, and implements solutions.
• Provides information to internal/external clients on moderate to complex issues.
• Creates and communicates presentation materials for updates with stakeholders.
• Stays informed on developments relevant to the project.
• Provides coaching and direction to project team.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
