NextGrid is seeking an Investment Associate to support project financings, financial planning and analysis, and project valuation across our renewable energy portfolio.

You will work with executives and cross-functional teams to develop commercial solar and storage projects, build detailed financial models, and assist in capital planning and portfolio analytics. This role offers broad exposure to project finance and corporate finance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of project finance, renewable energy finance, investment banking, corporate finance, or FP&A experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex financial models and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Support structuring, execution, and closing of project finance transactions.
• Lead financial analyses and transaction deliverables with accuracy and alignment to terms.
• Coordinate diligence and information flow across internal teams and external counterparties.
