Job summary

Ameren Corporation seeks a Renewables Project Manager to lead major solar, wind and battery storage initiatives in the Ameren Renewables portfolio. You will define project scope, guide cross-functional teams, and oversee budgets, schedules, and contracts to maximize value for customers.

The role requires strong project management experience, familiarity with PM tools, and the ability to mentor others while coordinating with external developers, EPCs, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Seven+ years of project management experience (scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, or project accounting).
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PM tools and contracting strategies.
• Experience with complex large-scale renewables projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain complete project scope and communicate to the team.
• Manage scope, budget and schedule for large/complex projects.
• Lead project planning, logistics and problem solving to drive team velocity.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecast and invoices.
• Engage stakeholders and manage expectations of project delivery.
• Develop contracting strategies to maximize value for customers.
• Lead change management activities and mentor peers across levels.
