Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks a remote-based Commercial Contract Manager to oversee EPC contracts during pre-construction and execution, with up to 50% travel to sites. You will monitor terms, manage notices, and coordinate with Commercial and Legal teams to minimize risk and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Requires a bachelor's in engineering/construction management and 5+ years of contract management experience; proficiency with Viewpoint/Procore is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in construction contract management on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer project contracts and draft notices to clients per contract.
• Monitor change orders and track claims through resolution.
• Coordinate with project leadership, Commercial, and Legal teams.
• Support closeout to ensure all contractual requirements are met.
