Job summary

Renewable Energy Systems Ltd is hiring an Associate Regional Manager – Services to assist the Regional Manager and oversee multiple utility-scale renewable facilities. The role includes training onsite staff, coordinating maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring safety and quality across sites.

The position is hybrid, with at least 3 days in the office, and requires travel 16-30% to support projects and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business Management required.
• 1+ years Power or Renewables Project experience.
• Experience with utility-scale facility management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Manager with day-to-day operations of renewable energy assets including wind, solar and energy storage.
• Coordinate maintenance plans and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Oversee on-site safety, quality and contractor performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, vendors and stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and generate operational reports.
