Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in geotechnical, civil or related engineering.
• PE licensure with multi-state eligibility.
• 5+ years of power/renewables geotechnical experience.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewable energy project work procurement and client opportunities with revenue goals.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through meetings.
• Develop scope of work and assist in proposal development.
• Provide team leadership, mentorship and guidance.
• Lead/assist in client contract negotiations.
• Manage project and business risk under policy.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering on scope, schedule, budget, and safety.
• Coordinate staff and resources with regional operations.
• Prepare geotechnical reports and perform analyses.
• Review analyses and ensure quality control.
