Job summary

RES is seeking an Associate Regional Manager – Services to support the Regional Manager in supervising Site/Plant Managers across multiple renewable facilities. The role includes training on-site personnel, coordinating maintenance, testing systems, and ensuring safety and quality for contractors.

The position is hybrid, requiring at least 3 days in the office, with travel 16-30% and a base salary range of $70,000 to $88,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package starting day one.

Qualifications

• High school/GED required.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business Management.
• 1+ years Power or Renewables Project experience.
• Experience with utility-scale facility management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Manager with day-to-day operation of renewable energy assets (Wind, Solar, Storage).
• Coordinate maintenance plans to meet contractual obligations.
• Oversee safety, quality, and contractor performance on-site.
• Assist with on-call support and reporting.
• Develop and maintain O&M plans and procedures.
