Job summary

ARM Group LLC seeks a Project Engineer to join our Civil and Survey practice, collaborating with engineers, scientists, PMs, CAD designers, and other staff to design and analyze land development projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. You will assist in drafting design plans and reports for commercial, retail, multifamily, and industrial projects, focusing on site, roadway, utility, and stormwater design.

The role requires knowledge of civil engineering best practices, managing permit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of engineering experience including land development, site design, post-construction stormwater management design, E&S design and permitting.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania Stormwater Management Regulations.
• H&H experience including surface water runoff modeling and floodplain interaction preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and update design drawings and technical reports for land development projects.
• Coordinate the development, design and permitting of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Assess and mitigate project risks.
• Perform and/or check technical calculations.
• Provide technical support for hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and site design.
• Communicate with regulators and clients on technical issues and permit requirements.
• Prepare reports, permit applications, and correspondence for projects.
• Observe and document fieldwork while analyzing problems and solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deliverables and grow expertise.
