Job summary

ARM Group LLC seeks a Civil or Environmental Project Manager with land development experience to join our renewable energy practice. You will manage land development projects for solar, wind, and other renewables, coordinating with engineers, scientists, geologists, CAD designers, and staff to deliver compliant solutions that meet our clients’ renewable energy goals.

Qualifications

• PE license in relevant states (PA/MD/VA or others) and a Civil or Environmental engineering degree.
• 5+ years designing and permitting land development or land use projects.
• Experience with stormwater management plans and permitting (NPDES).
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and local permitting authorities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage development, design and permitting of multiple MID-Atlantic projects.
• Prepare and review engineering designs and permit applications for approvals.
• Maintain schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and manage budget and resources.
