Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Estimator III for its Renewables Pre-Construction team in the United States. This role leads the estimation process for renewable energy projects, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability throughout the bid cycle.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement to compile complete estimates and support bid proposals while mentoring junior estimators and staying informed on market conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably renewable energy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience in Accubid Enterprise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project specs, drawings, and documents to define scope.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies with the project team.
• Prepare RFIs for missing information in owner documents.
• Gather information from project managers, engineers, and procurement for cost estimation.
• Develop detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment and subs.
