Job summary

Renewable Energy Systems (RES) seeks an OCC Operator I to monitor and operate our fleet of renewable assets in the Operations Control Center. You will ensure safe, efficient generation and maintain detailed logs of real-time activities and communications.

The role requires control room experience and familiarity with SCADA systems, energy management software, and Microsoft Office. Occasional travel and a strong safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of control room experience or renewable energy experience required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of energy management and SCADA software.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Domestic travel 5-15% required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor renewable assets in the OCC to ensure reliable generation.
• Maintain logs of real-time activities and communications.
• Ensure SCADA connectivity and resolve SCADA/communication failures.
• Support maintenance and outage planning with the team.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
