Qualifications

• Leads control-room operators and manages shift coverage.
• Extensive experience with SCADA/EMS/HMI and grid operations.
• Familiar with NERC reliability standards and safety procedures.
• Strong coaching, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 24/7 OCC operations and coordinate with field teams.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and compliant renewable asset operations.
• Lead shift briefings, handovers, and performance reviews.
• Respond to alarms, outages, and system disturbances with escalation as needed.
