WCL Group partners with a Fortune 150 renewable energy leader to fill a Contracts Manager II - O&M Planning role in Andover, MA. This 6-month contract handles mid-complexity contracts across wind, solar, storage, and related technologies, managing full lifecycles and collaborating with Legal, Procurement, Risk, and Business Lines.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3–6 years in contract management, with SAP MM-PUR experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3–6 years of experience in contract management.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage moderately complex situations independently.
Ability to interpret legal documents and agreements with strong attention to detail.
Fluent English; Italian a plus; ability to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

Mentors junior contract staff and shares best practices across teams.
Leads cross-functional coordination with Legal, Procurement, Risk, and Business Lines to ensure contract alignment and execution.
Drives process optimization initiatives and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in contract management workflows.
Oversees contract lifecycle activities including creation, changes, and final closure.
Ensures accurate documentation and timely procurement handoffs in SAP and related systems.
