Job summary

MasTec Renewables, comprising Wanzek Construction, IEA Constructors, and White Construction, seeks a Commercial Contract Manager to oversee EPC contract administration across pre-construction and execution phases, with up to 50% travel to the job site.

You will coordinate with project leadership, Commercial, and Legal teams to monitor terms, draft notices, and manage change orders, ensuring compliance and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or relevant discipline; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of recent experience in construction contract management on large and complex construction projects in the $30MM to 150MM range.
• 3+ years of recent experience in using construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Administer project contracts and draft notices per contract requirements.
• Support change order administration and risk management with project team.
• Coordinate with project leadership, Commercial, and Legal teams.
• Advise the Project Manager on contractual change requirements and monitor changes.
• Support project closeout and administration of certificates and warranties.
