Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks a Project Commercial Contracts Manager to oversee EPC contracts from pre-construction through execution, with up to 50% travel to job sites. This remote role requires coordinating with project leadership, legal, and insurance teams to monitor terms, issue notices, manage changes, and control risk.

You will help ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery for solar, wind and battery storage sites, while maintaining compliance with contract requirements and stakeholder needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or relevant discipline.
• 5+ years of construction contract management on large projects ($30MM–$150MM).
• 3+ years experience using construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team in administering contracts and drafting notices.
• Support contract terms review with the team after award and before mobilization.
• Draft notices to subcontractors and suppliers on performance matters.
• Participate in regular project team meetings and engage proactively.
• Advise on contractual change requirements and monitor changes/claims.
• Support insurance claim administration with project/insurance teams.
• Assist project closeout ensuring all contractual requirements are met.
• Capture lessons learned and report during Close Out Phase.
