Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp. is seeking a Sr. Manager of Construction Scheduling for its hybrid/remote Houston-based role. You will lead scheduling for utility-scale solar and BESS projects, develop scheduling standards, and drive cross-functional integration with commercial management.

You will oversee a team and ensure adherence to schedules and governance. The position reports to the Sr. VP of Operational Excellence, with travel up to 10%. Working hours are standard M–F, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Over 4 years of planning and scheduling experience with Primavera P6.
• Minimum 4 years in renewable energy construction or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling for large-scale projects and integrate with commercial management.
• Develop and implement operational scheduling processes, policies, and tools.
• Establish Primavera P6 database governance within the department.
