Job summary

Invenergy LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator, Construction Management Program, to support the development of utility-scale wind and solar projects across the United States. The role includes developing and organizing templates for CMP teams, maintaining contractor databases, and coordinating with staffing agencies.

You will work with legal and PMs to finalize contracts and manage CMP documentation, including Oracle PO coding, while handling confidential data.

Qualifications

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Clear and efficient communication; rational organization and attention to detail.
Strong initiative with a focus on process improvement; collaborative across teams.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Develop, organize, and update library of CMP templates for construction management and project management teams.
Maintain database of field oversight contractors and contracts.
Coordinate meetings with third party staffing agencies and contractors.
Collaborate with legal and project managers to finalize contracts for approvals and signatures.
Manage CMP documentation and ensure documents are posted in the company database.
Assist in creating and coding purchase orders in Oracle by project and vendor.
