The Manager, Project Development – Renewables (Solar & Wind) will lead development of projects delivering dispatchable generation for large industrial and commercial customers across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of project development and/or project management experience in utility-scale renewable energy, with hands-on solar/wind project development.
• B.S. in Engineering; preference for electrical, mechanical, chemical or renewables expertise and storage.
• P.E. licensing or ability to obtain is preferred.
• Familiarity with utility-scale solar PV and wind tech, resource assessment, and multiple RTOs/ISOs (ERCOT preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and advance utility-scale solar PV and wind projects including storage configurations.
• Develop project plans, energy yield estimates, and high-level technical documents for scoping and proposals.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets; lead stakeholder meetings.
• Lead environmental and land-use permitting (NEPA, avian/wildlife, local permits).
• Coordinate interconnection processes with ERCOT or applicable RTO/ISO.
