Responsibilities

• Act as the primary landowner liaison across project lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding paperwork and payments with Accounts Payable.
• Create and monitor land compliance matrices from lease terms.
• Track contract lifecycles, renewals and deadlines to ensure obligations are met.
• Organize and audit land documentation and amendments.
