Job summary

Exus Renewables North America is seeking a detail-oriented Land Administration & Compliance Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison for landowners leasing property for renewable energy projects in the United States. You will manage contract compliance, onboarding, and lease lifecycles with meticulous record-keeping and clear communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required.
• 1+ year of professional experience managing property contracts and compliance required.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and multi-tasking skills required.
• Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Adobe required.
• Working knowledge of project accounting/calculations highly preferred.
• Active Notary Public highly preferred.
• Ability to travel to client sites up to 10% of the time required.

Responsibilities

• Landowner relations: act as primary point of contact across the project lifecycle.
• Oversee onboarding and due diligence, including KYCs and documentation.
• Manage lease and contract compliance, track lifecycles and deadlines.
• Organize and audit land documentation and amendments.
• Perform monthly financial/audit tasks and coordinate with tax processes.
