Qualifikationen

• JD from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar in good standing.
• 2+ years of relevant legal experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience in construction, procurement, renewable energy, or in-house legal department preferred.
• Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to assess risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Independent matter management with prioritization of deadlines.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a growth mindset.

Aufgaben

• Draft, review, and negotiate EPC contracts, subcontracts, and procurement agreements.
• Advise on project-related legal and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution.
• Identify contractual risks and provide practical recommendations.
• Research applicable federal, state, and local requirements relevant to solar projects.
• Support O&M, asset management, and related agreements.
• Assist with corporate and transactional matters as needed.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on disputes and litigation.
• Improve contract review and approval processes.
