Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Project Finance Associate or Senior Associate for its New York office. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of transactional project finance experience, with emphasis on debt finance and tax equity transactions. You will review and negotiate complex financing documents and collaborate on renewable energy financings.

This role requires a JD and admission to practice law in New York, with opportunities for growth and extensive training within a leading practice.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of transactional experience in project finance.
• Experience with debt project finance and/or tax equity transactions.
• Proficiency in reviewing and negotiating complex financial documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and negotiate credit agreements and intercreditor arrangements.
• Draft collateral documents and other ancillary financing documents.
• Handle equity capital contribution agreements and membership interest purchase agreements.
• Conduct due diligence on key project agreements, including joint venture agreements and EPC contracts.
• Collaborate on renewable energy project financings and tax equity investments.
