BCG Attorney Search seeks a Junior Renewable Energy Transactions Associate in New York City. You will work with a team on project development, financing, and transactional matters within the Renewable Energy group.

You should have 2–3 years of energy transactions experience, familiarity with ITCs/PTCs, and be NY-licensed or eligible for admission. JD required, with strong writing and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of renewable or energy transactions experience.
• Familiarity with ITCs or PTCs is a plus.
• Licensed in NY or eligible for admission without examination.
