Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC in Illinois is seeking a Structured Finance Associate to join the tax equity financing team. You will build and update financial models, support due diligence, and prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

The role demands strong Excel skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and a keen interest in renewable energy and finance. A bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of model-building experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or other analytical/quantitative field required.
• Minimum 1 year experience building, maintaining or utilizing complex financial models.
• Energy/renewable energy project experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Financial modeling – update tax equity and financing models with inputs from business teams.
• Diligence – manage investor diligence with external consultants and internal teams.
• Prepare internal and external presentation materials.
• Provide finance support to other teams and conduct quality control.
