The role emphasizes building and updating financial models, coordinating diligence, and preparing materials for senior leadership. You will collaborate with development, finance, legal, and engineering teams, work under the Director of Project M&A Utility Scale, North America, and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• Experience building and maintaining financial models for investment decisions.
• Strong analytical, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transaction workstreams and due diligence; track deliverables and timelines.
• Build and update financial models for renewable energy acquisitions and divestments.
• Prepare presentation materials for internal committees and external parties.
• Support market research and process improvement initiatives.
