Job summary

GreenPowerMonitor, a DNV company, is seeking a Sales Business Development Manager for North America to own the commercial strategy for a defined portfolio. You will drive pipeline development, revenue growth, and order intake, while cultivating long-term relationships with developers, IPPs, EPCs, asset owners, utilities and other key decision-makers across North America.

You will promote and sell a hardware-plus-software portfolio (SCADA, PPC, EMS, BESS control, analytics) and travel up to 50%

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a commercial/sales-oriented role within renewable energy or power industry.
• Proven track record driving full sales lifecycle with a focus on business development and lead-generation strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and generate new business in renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the commercial strategy for a defined portfolio of North American customers; manage pipeline, revenue growth and orders.
• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities; expand GPM’s presence in strategic North American accounts.
• Develop and execute sales pipeline, lead generation, contract negotiations, and order intake; drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Translate customer requirements into techno-commercial proposals; align with operational and financial needs.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
