Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Engineer with EPC or energy construction background to own major renewable energy projects. This remote-from-Pennsylvania role offers autonomy, ongoing mentorship, and a clear progression to Senior Project Manager as the business grows.

You will lead projects from development through construction, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with EPC contractors while traveling to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires experience as Project Manager or Engineer from an EPC or energy construction background.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects from development through construction.
• Experience coordinating with EPC contractors and managing project budgets/schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead major renewable energy projects from development through construction.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and EPC contractor performance.
• Coordinate site visits and travel while working remotely from Pennsylvania.
• Mentor junior team members and drive a clear progression pathway to Senior Project Manager.
