Job summary

Atwell, LLC in the United States seeks a Renewable Energy Project Manager to oversee land and ROW efforts for solar, wind, battery storage, and related energy infrastructure from development through execution. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, client communications, and team coordination, serving as the primary contact for clients and internal teams, while traveling to project sites as needed.

This role requires 5+ years in renewable energy project management and experience with land

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience supporting renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing land acquisition, leases, easements, and related land activities.
• Renewable energy project experience preferred (solar, wind, storage, transmission, gen-tie, substation).
• Strong understanding of scope, schedule, budget, reporting, and client communication.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with land agreements and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewable energy land and ROW projects from kickoff through completion.
• Develop and maintain project scope, schedule, budget, milestones, staffing plans, and deliverables.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, project teams, landowners, subconsultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams including land agents, title, GIS, and environmental teams.
• Support site acquisition, lease acquisition, easement acquisition, and land rights efforts.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates on schedule, budget, and risks.
• Review project documentation and landowner data for accuracy and completeness.
• Support contract administration, change orders, invoicing, and reporting.
• Identify project risks and propose solutions.
• Build and maintain client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Travel to project sites and meetings as needed.
