Job summary

ARM Group LLC is seeking a Civil or Environmental Project Manager with land development experience to join our renewable energy practice in Cary, NC or Ashland, VA. You will lead the design, permitting, and execution of land development projects for solar, wind, and other renewables, interfacing with engineers, scientists, geologists, CAD specialists, and administrators.

Responsibilities include managing schedules and budgets, preparing technical reports and CAD drawings, and presenting findings

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited program.
5+ years of experience designing and permitting land development projects.
Experience with stormwater management and erosion control permitting (NPDES).
Strong communication with regulators, clients, and project teams.

Responsibilities

Manage development, design and permitting of multiple land development projects in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Prepare and review designs and permit applications to obtain approvals.
Maintain schedules, budgets and coordination with subcontractors and stakeholders.
Monitor progress and communicate status to project teams and clients.
Assess risks and develop effective mitigation and solutions.
Prepare technical reports and design drawings using CAD software.
Present project findings to stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
