Nordex North America is seeking a Commercial Project Manager in Chicago to lead the financial health of multi-million-dollar wind projects. You will act as the project’s CFO, overseeing forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, and cash collection, in collaboration with the Project Manager and Cost Owners.

Qualified candidates bring 3–5 years in project finance, strong Excel modeling, and experience with JD Edwards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of business finance experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills.
• Experience with JD Edwards is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Capable of identifying financial risks and contingency planning.

Responsabilités

• Act as the single point of contact for the Project's financial profile and performance.
• Track revenue, cost, and margin changes throughout project execution.
• Maintain the Project Report with forecast, actuals, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with PM to understand cost impacts and profitability.
• Prepare monthly forecast proposals for the Project Manager and Cost Owners.
• Ensure timely invoicing and cash collection in coordination with PM.
