Job summary

Meta’s Global Energy Team is seeking an experienced energy professional to manage clean and renewable energy contracts across construction, development, and operations. You will oversee contract compliance, support negotiations, monitor progress, and coordinate amendments while ensuring cost, RECs, and performance align with terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, energy or environmental science, paralegal studies or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in energy contract management, energy project development, or energy operations.
• Experience with renewable energy projects, performance metrics, and cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience drafting official correspondence and managing supplier relationships.
• Experience with G-Suite, Salesforce, AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ongoing owner for all of Meta's operational renewable energy contract requirements.
• Create, maintain, update and track documents and data related to renewable energy projects.
• Track counterparty compliance with contract deliverables.
• Review invoicing and reporting for renewable energy contracts to ensure REC, cost and performance alignment.
• Respond to counterparty inquiries, manage amendments, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Approve and sign contract documents after execution.
• Surface and resolve issues in ongoing contracts and project operations.
