Job summary

TalentHop, a renewable energy infrastructure finance firm, is seeking an Associate - Portfolio Management to support loan administration, risk assessment, and cross-team coordination. You will help with due diligence, modifications, and portfolio analysis to drive quality and efficiency.

You will collaborate with credit, underwriting, and relationship teams, develop management reports on portfolio trends, and provide technical input on covenants.

Qualifications

• Experience with renewable energy project finance loans.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals at various stages.

Responsibilities

• Support loan performance monitoring with credit, underwriting, and relationship management teams.
• Assist in loan modifications, consents, waivers, term conversions, and document reviews.
• Coordinate with loan operations on borrowing and disbursement requests.
• Collect and evaluate project information for due diligence and credit underwriting support.
• Develop management reports on portfolio deals, trends, and statistics.
• Analyze macroeconomic industry information to assess impact on the portfolio.
• Support loan acquisitions in line with organizational policies.
• Lead special projects to improve portfolio reporting and borrower-level metrics.
• Advise on credit risk related to refinancing decisions.
• Provide technical advice on project aspects affecting covenants and defaults.
• Collaborate on policy and procedure improvements to boost efficiency.
• Assist in loan administration, operations, and closing functions.
• Represent the organization at industry events and lender meetings.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and credit quality.
