Farmer Mac is seeking an experienced Associate - Portfolio Management to support a renewable energy infrastructure loan portfolio, including construction and operational projects, and tax credit monetization. The role interacts with the Infrastructure Finance team, Credit Underwriting, and Relationship Managers to drive loan modifications, due diligence, and ongoing risk assessment.

The position involves preparing credit memos, performing market analysis, and building complex cash-flow models,

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in finance, banking, or energy-related fields.
Experience with project finance concepts and credit risk review.

Responsabilidades

Support the Infrastructure Finance loan portfolio and collaborate with Credit and Relationship Managers.
Prepare credit memos, due diligence, and industry analysis for new loans.
Develop and review complex cash-flow models and monitoring reports.
Coordinate loan modifications, consents, waivers, and disbursement reviews.
Assist in closing activities and loan acquisitions; engage with internal stakeholders.
