Job summary

ARM Group LLC is seeking a Civil or Environmental Project Manager with land development experience to lead renewable energy projects in the Mid-Atlantic. You will coordinate design, permitting, budgeting, and regulatory interactions across multiple projects, supervising engineers, scientists, CAD designers, and staff to deliver compliant, timely solutions.

Qualifications

• PE license in PA, MD, VA, or comparable mid-Atlantic state(s).
• 5+ years designing and permitting land development projects.
• Experience with stormwater management plans and permitting (NPDES).

Responsibilities

• Oversee land development design and permitting for renewable energy sites.
• Coordinate multiple projects across the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Prepare technical designs, reports, and permit applications.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination.
• Interface with regulatory agencies and clients.
• Present project findings and respond to inquiries.
