Job summary

ARM Group LLC is seeking a Civil or Environmental Project Manager with land development experience to join our Energy and Power practice. You will oversee projects related to renewable energy installations, working with engineers, scientists, geologists, CAD designers, and staff to deliver compliant solutions for energy goals.

You will manage stormwater design, erosion control planning, and permitting for solar, wind, and other energy projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited college.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in MD, PA, VA or nearby mid-Atlantic state.
5+ years designing and permitting land development or land use projects.
Experience with stormwater management, erosion control and related permitting.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Manage development, design and permitting of multiple projects across the Mid-Atlantic.
Prepare engineering designs and permit applications to obtain approvals.
Maintain schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and manage budgets.
Monitor progress and communicate with stakeholders and regulators.
Conduct risk assessment and develop mitigation plans.
Prepare models and technical documents for design feasibility.
Evaluate project feasibility against site constraints.
