Job summary

Power Factors is seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer to join our global Professional Services team. You will onboard renewable energy assets (solar, wind, storage) onto the Unity APM platform, own the technical delivery, configure data connectivity, validate KPI calculations, and guide customers through testing and sign-off.

This role requires 3+ years in renewable energy concepts, strong English communication, and hands-on data / API experience within a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level technical degree or higher in engineering, energy systems, or related field.
3+ years of renewable energy asset concepts experience (PR, capacity factor, availability).
Strong English communication and ability to discuss technical topics with customers.
Experience interpreting time-series data and identifying anomalies or gaps.

Responsibilities

Own the technical delivery of asset onboarding and drive day-to-day execution.
Serve as the technical point of contact for customers during onboarding and translate requirements into the Unity APM platform.
Establish and troubleshoot data connectivity (on-prem SCADA, cloud APIs, file ingestion).
Configure asset hierarchy, KPI calculations, and alarm logic per runbooks and best practices.
Validate data quality and lead customer acceptance testing.
Contribute to internal tooling and data quality improvements across the lifecycle.
