Geronimo Power, LLC seeks a Construction Intern in Bloomington, MN, to support utility-scale renewable energy projects across solar, wind, and storage facilities. You will work with Project Managers and Construction teams on planning, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting, gaining hands-on field exposure.

The role offers cross-functional collaboration, mentorship, and the chance to present your internship project to leadership, with travel to project sites as needed.

Competenze

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, Renewable Energy, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong interest in renewable energy construction, infrastructure development, and project management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

Mansioni

• Assist with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
• Support maintenance of construction documents and records.
• Track key project metrics and provide updates to leadership.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams.
• Attend project meetings and help track actions.
• Travel to project sites to observe field construction.
• Support data collection, logging, and analysis.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of execution and reporting.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Development, EHS, and Asset Management.
