• Review title commitments and title reports for due diligence.
• Track title objections, curative items, and project milestones.
• Organize and maintain project files, agreements, and docs.
• Prepare due diligence summary reports and project trackers.
• Support data collection for site control activities.
• Track leases, easements, options, and amendments.
• Assist contract abstracting and document management.
