CohnReznick is seeking a Manager to join the Renewable Energy team in Client Accounting Advisory. This remote role may require occasional office presence for client work, meetings, or trainings.

The firm emphasizes a flexible, hybrid environment with opportunities to grow and contribute to diverse client projects. The successful candidate will lead CAS engagements, oversee month-end close, ensure GAAP compliance, and manage timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CPA preferred but not required.
• Experience leading CAS/CAAS engagements in a public accounting firm.
• Proven ability to drive month-end close processes and ownership of deadlines.
• GAAP experience with consolidations, GL close, and financial reporting in renewables.
• Renewable Energy project experience and related entities knowledge.
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
• Hands-on operational accounting experience with accounting software and AP/Expense tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Renewable Energy accounting team and timely delivery of client work.
• Independently perform accounting services for clients and manage teams.
• Perform self-review of work prior to final submission.
• Develop proficiency with technology and act as a resource to staff.
• Ensure quality control procedures are followed and identify process improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate changes and issues to leadership; meet deadlines and budgets.
