Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a public accounting firm.
• Real Estate experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• CPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the exam.

Responsibilities

• Engagement lead on client accounts.
• Oversee pre-engagement planning and execution.
• Develop engagement work plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage a team of staff including interns with performance feedback.
• Communicate effectively with clients and CRZ team.
