Job summary

Meta's Global Energy team is seeking a data-driven energy analyst to help deploy the company’s renewable energy strategy across markets. You will analyze energy costs, settlements, and contracts, and build scalable data models to forecast generation and savings.

You will partner with finance, operations, and suppliers, create dashboards in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint presentations, and help integrate AI tools to streamline workflows and improve decision quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, energy or a relevant technical discipline.
3+ years of experience in energy analysis, energy finance, or renewable energy portfolio management.
Experience with renewable energy settlements, contract management and invoicing.
Experience analyzing cost and generation data, virtual PPAs, green tariffs and wholesale market data.
Experience building data foundations and analytical tools.
Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and large data sets.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
Proficiency with Salesforce, SQL, and VBA is preferred.
Experience applying AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Contribute to deployment of Meta's global energy strategy and cost-competitive renewables portfolio.
Analyze renewable energy costs, generation data, virtual PPAs, and market data to support decision making.
Build and maintain data foundations and analytical tools to scale insights.
Create dashboards and presentations for cross-functional partners and leadership.
